One of the best experiences

The rooms are nice and cozy and perfectly clean. The staff is just amazing, making sure their customers feel welcomed.
Alex is the best host, he can also organize tours which I really recommend because he went beyond expectations and thanks to him, me and my friend had an awesome trip around Georgia.
Just tell him what would you like to visit then trust him to plan everything, he knows what he’s doing.

Cosy

We were first time visitors in Tbilisi and we booked this hotel as it seemed to be in a great location (walking distance to many highly ranked restaurants on Tripadvisor and sights).
Even though the hotel is surrounded by more run down properties, the hotel itself was very cute and cosy.
We had our room cleaned almost every day, but when we first arrived, there were someone else's dark hair between the sheets and in the bathroom.
The staff was very nice as they provided us a wine bottle opener and wine glasses. Thank you for that!

Really enjoyed our stay

I can really recommend Nicolas hotel. The owner and the staff were really accommodating and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s a 5 minute walk from the center of the Old Town. There is a nice patio by the entrance where you can have Turkish coffee, which is they make for free any time of the day.

Hotel Nicolas Tiflisin eski şehrine (old town) 3-5 dakikalıkda yerleşen küçük bir otel. burada iki defa bir gün olarak ailemle kaldım. Aile ortamı için uygun bir yer. Küçük otel olmasına bakmayarak fiyatı konaklamak için uygun. Odaları çok temiz. Hizmet hoşuma gitti. Yeni restorasiyondan çıkmış bir otel.

Отличная маленькая гостиница

Расположение - в старом городе. Рядом куча ресторанчиков, знаменитые тифлисские бани. Цены невысокие, но оплата только наличкой. В номере есть все необходимое, включая зубную щётку и чайник. Тепло, тихо, комфортно. Персонал говорит по русски.
