Comfortable hotel

Convenient location near the metro. Close to a bus stop. You can get to the airport by bus for 1 GEL. You can walk to the center. Friendly staff is always ready to help and answer questions. Delicious breakfasts at convenient times. I especially liked the salads. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE @ HOTEL PUSHKIN TIBLISI...HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE – DO NOT RECOMMEND
My EXPERIENCE with **Hotel Pushkin, Tbilisi, was an absolute nightmare** and one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was met with **hostile, rude, and highly unprofessional behaviour from the manager.and staff .Their attitude towards guests was completely unacceptable, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and intimidated.
The **service was shockingly poor**. The room was not properly prepared, there was **no proper linen available**, and the **air conditioning was not working**. These are basic necessities that any decent hotel should provide, yet even these basic standards were not met.
What was most disturbing was the **inappropriate and intimidating behaviour of the staff**and rude behaviour of the female manger who was abusing us on the call. when I raised concerns. Instead of addressing the problems professionally, I felt **threatened and pressured**, which made me feel unsafe and unwelcome. The overall environment was extremely unpleasant and gave me a very negative impression of the hotel.
I have stayed in many hotels, but this experience was truly unacceptable. **Poor service, hostile staff, inadequate facilities, no proper linen, a non-functional AC, and an extremely uncomfortable environment**—this hotel failed on every basic level.
**My strong advice: THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL.** I would absolutely **NOT recommend Hotel Pushkin to anyone**, especially solo female travellers or anyone expecting basic hospitality, professionalism, and respectful treatment from hotel staff.
The management seriously needs to address these issues and take responsibility for the behaviour of its staff and the poor condition of its services and provide us the refund. A hotel should make guests feel safe, respected, and welcome—not intimidated and uncomfortable and if one is unable to do that then they should not be in the hospitality industry,.
⭐ **Rating: 1/5 – Extremely disappointing.**

Not much of a "hotel."

Were at the hotel in July. He looks good, BUT:
1. Hamka Lana at the reception: misled breakfast time when decorating, saying from 8 to 12. The next day came breakfast at 11:08 (the child was asleep after a long flight) - threw a tantrum, shaking her phone and shouting with her eyes released "You are late for breakfast..." and pointing at the time, later it turned out that breakfast was from 8 to 11 in summer and from 9 to 11 in winter.
2. Mediocre room cleaning: soap utensils are only issued when checking into the room, they were never replenished afterwards and it does not matter for 1-3 days you arrived or for 1-2 weeks. For 3 people (2 adults and child) issued for only 2 people, child does not need - why?
3. The sign “Cleaning the room” for the second time was simply ignored, accordingly, the room was not removed.
4. As good as the kitchen is at cooking, there's not much variety. And especially when you find hair in meat pastries, your appetite completely disappears.
5. What a cherry on the cake: the hotel staff seemed to be preparing rooms "for the dump". When checking into your room, check every serviceability of the appliances, other interior items, so as not to get 50 GEL (clearly made up cost) for some small, poorly fixed glass toilet shelf.
The hotel will draw conclusions regarding this receptionist if you want to maintain the hotel rating and hospitality in Tbilisi.

The place of hotel very close to city center, which I liked most. Food was very tasty but it were little. And I couldn't get toothpaste and toothbrush in the 3 days 😂 that was great experience to me. Thank you
