An unforgettable holiday
Amazing place. We managed to visit Tbilisi twice in 2024. The first time was just me and my husband, the second time with the band. Both stayed at the Maria Luis Hotel. The hotel is perfectly clean, cozy, with very delicious homemade breakfasts. Located across the street from the central entrance to Sameba - Holy Trinity Cathedral. A 15-minute walk to the metro station, super cheap taxi, if you order through the app, then for 10-15 GEL you can drive anywhere, or even cheaper. It's about 20 minutes to the city centre in a leisurely step. We especially want to highlight the staff and owners of the hotel - all as one family, open, kind and very hospitable, small problems were solved instantly. When we arrived with the group, a wonderful tour program was organized, where all our wishes were taken into account, which was not easy. :) And another bonus - right next to the hotel entrance is a wonderful little bakery where you can buy fresh bread, hachapuri and buns. I hope we can come to this blessed place again.

Far from perfect
The inn is clean.
It's a long way to the subway in summer.
And two stations to the center.
You can't go out tonight with the kids.
Breakfast is simple, the kids didn't like it very much.
Adults are fine if they're not spoilt for diversity. Rice with sausages for breakfast...not suitable for everyone
No proper coffee. Just instant chibo.
No coffee machine. The lobby does, but never offered to use it. Around 12 o'clock at night, someone broke into the room.
I complained to the duty officer this morning. The answer was shocking ... they're not responsible for it. This is a nightmare.
The view is only good from some rooms. We had a room at the end overlooking other people's windows and walls,
When taking a transfer make sure the trunk is empty and clean
A bead came for us with tyres in the trunk. And on the dirty tires he was going to load suitcases.
I had to put it in the salon.
I think it's clear, there's food, but the sediment is very nasty.
There was no sense of security.
I think there are hotels downtown, they're more comfortable.
Convenient for pilgrims , because
Cathedral is nearby.

Heavenly location
Perfectly located hotel along with very helpful and supportive staff. Brilliant view of the church.
Breakfast could be better.
Walking distance from all the main attractions and squares in Tbilisi. Would definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel at a budget.

Great Stay at Tbilisi
The hotel is very good for the price we booked it. Also, upon reaching they informed us that they had upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean, nice, and cozy. They had all the basic things and also a balcony. Little small to keep the entire luggage. So we kept some of our luggage in the luggage room on the ground floor. The hotel had a lift and also staircases along with it. The complementary breakfast is also good. The only little discomfort is with the car parking if you take your car. The place to park is very small and congested. But this can be ignored as people are very nice. Especially Lana. Lana is a gem of a person. She helped us a lot. We had to cancel our booking once because of some mishappening. It was entirely up to her to cancel or not cancel. She could have even refused but we are grateful that she allowed us to cancel understanding our circumstances. We would like to stay again at this hotel if we go to Tbilisi again.

Great location
The hotel was very closed to Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi and is walkable to the city center. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great and has a lot of options. The reception was helpful and provide us the weighing scale for our luggages during our check out. There is a big space at the reception where you can sit and play.
