Very great location and very friendly staff. Lacking some amenities such as gym/pool, but otherwise it was a great stay and would recommend for anyone.

Awful stay

Not even 2 star
Noisy rooms
Poor breakfast with poor items and they did not charge table when it is empty.

It was on but the night auditors and staff were noisy smoking and yelling in the parning loy spmetimes

Perfect location just has one problem road is very narrow and dificult to get there , its in old town but so biutifull , rooms are very big and up to date very clean and staff are frendly and helpfull

I had several short stays at Theory Hotel on a recent trip to Georgia and throughly enjoyed it. I was always greeted by friendly and professional staff. The rooms were always clean and tidy and very comfortable. The location is excellent and walkable to many parts of the city. Also within easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying here.
