Best 8th March holidays
I was surprised to read bad reviews, because i have oposite impressions. We were very impressed, obsolutelly clean room, bathroom, beds, corridors, lifts, restoraunt. Staff was super friendly with us. It is near part and baths number 2 and 6, just 5 minutes to walk and near best restorant of Georgian food Imeretian Esquisse. I liked our stay here, will back again

The hotel is tired and scruffy and needs a lot of money invested to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
The staff were generally miserable and unhelpful, the cleaning wasn’t great, the cleaner just changed the towels, emptied the bins and replaced a toilet roll.
The pool was nice but the loungers and some umbrellas needed replacing and someone needs to keep the stray dogs out as they were everywhere.
We had breakfast included but only went once as it was awful, very basic with limited choice.
Only one lift was working and it was always very busy, it was also scruffy and not a great impression when you leave reception.
We have stayed at 7 hotels in Georgia over the last few weeks and this hotel was by far the worst.
The hotel has potential to be great but needs a lot of investment and staff training.
I am surprised about the good reviews, it makes you wonder where these people have stayed before.
We won’t be returning.

Most horrible hotel in Tskaltubo
The location is not that good, because the hotel is located near main road which makes your rest terribly noisy. Atmosphere overall maybe normal but most of all you feel that the employees, reception no one cares about you, they do not know how to greet people, no smile, no politeness. Most of all they have "administrator" with botox lips, who hates the guests, she doesn't care about your rest, whether you like it here or not, the only thing she cares about is her appearance. Whenever you go to her, she says she can do nothing, get used to it. It was out first time arrival here and I can say for sure, it was last time. The food, especially the breakfast is horrible, no diversity at all, no wide-scaled menu. The rooms and the hotel toilets are terribly dirty and most of the things, the doors and fosets are broken. All over the bathroom walls there is mold. Absolutely everything in the room is broken. The sheets have very old yellow spots. They give you just one soap, despite they call themselves 4 star hotel, there should be tooth paste and other necessary things. This hotel is just one star, not more. The furniture is so old and damaged inside and outside, no one tries to renovate. Most horrible was the mat at the entrance of the hotel which is so covered with dog hair, you can't even step on it. Very noisy surroundings. I DO NOT recommend you visiting this place. It feel this hotel has no manager at all.

Tskaltubo Plaza Hotel is a pleasant, well-located base near the town’s mineral baths and park. Rooms are clean and spacious, with balconies and good light. Breakfast and facilities are solid, though the gym is dated!!!!!!!!! — I’d happily give five stars if they upgraded it. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for a relaxed visit to Tskaltubo.

disgusting treatment of guests
very negative impression of the hotel, no 4 stars there. This is the most primitive food I've ever seen, buckwheat and omelets every day for breakfast. I'm not a prurient eater, but that was a bit much. No one was happy with us there, they gave us a key at the reception and they weren't going to explain where to go, let alone help us with things. The entire floor was populated by a children's soccer team and throughout the rest after 8 p.m., the children ran and screamed down all the corridors, screaming in their rooms until 12 p.m. kept them awake, requests for room changes were simply ignored. The air conditioner display was not working, they tried to adjust it at random. All night the dogs bark!!! Pool towels are in terrible condition. Cleaning the room after 4:00, but even then they'd come when we were complaining about not cleaning. In 10 days, the bed was changed once and then when we said. The cleaning itself consisted of changing towels and giving out 2 bottles of water. Carpeting wasn't going to be vacuumed, even after our requests. They were leaving with great joy. Unfortunately, they paid for the room in advance, and they wouldn't have stayed there at all. With such potential: beautiful location, convenient location owners would do well to think about the service!!!Throughout our stay the roof was repaired from 6!!!!!! in the morning. Removed the old surface and threw it down with a crash
