Great, subject to comments

Have stayed at this hotel ... Room as before, 3rd floor, superb very spacious. Breakfast amazing. Food in the evening no longer possible. Suggested we go to the Superior Art Hotel, nearby. Very upmarket dining and dog friendly. A pity they cannot cook steak. We ordered rare, it was well done so sent it back. They were annoyed. New food came, almost impossible to cut the steak. Solid and raw, inedible. No one asked if it was OK. Gave it to the dog. Don't go there plenty of other choices

Review for an overnight stay booked shortly before arriving in Aachen. Travelling by car the sat nav picked the sister Art Hotel Superior instead! Not unusual. The correct Comfort hotel is not far from it. Not very clear from the road, sits behind a car wash!
That said, check in was straightforward, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, bathroom/shower very clean. Liked the in-room safe, shame no tea/coffee machine. Small balcony. Bad weather meant we did not try to get into the city centre so not sure of the public transport link, this seems a fairly remote suburb. Parking on site was convenient, but filled up quickly so later arrivals may need to park across from the hotel. Dinner in the hotel was OK. Did not take the Continental breakfast as it seemed expensive. On balance a reasonable choice for road based touring. Suggest research location that it suits your needs especially re public transportation as this appears to be in a quiet residential area. And make sure you go the right Art Hotel!

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The showers were deliciously powerful and hot.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was completely worth it.
The sauna was just what I needed.
I would totally stay here again.

Good value for money

Nice hotel with good breakfast.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are functional and clean.
The hotel has some free parking.
Location - by car you are in Aachen super fast everywhere.
Public transport bus is nearby.

Very nice experience

Top hotel, very customer-oriented staff, very extensive breakfast, your wishes are noticed, issues resolved ala minute, support in specific wishes. Spa well cared for.
