No AC, No elevator, No shampoo, No evening reception
-in short, it could be better.
If you travel in summer time, be aware that the room will be hot, especially if you get a room with windows facing south.
I had a "business" room, maybe slightly bigger than standard and a free bottle of water, but no shampoo.
The check in didn't go as smooth as expected. I never received the door code they were supposed to send but it was resolved by phone.

No staff, not clear to return the key. No answer phone call. Mattress for beds are too soft to sleep well.

Basic but fine

Hotel is basic but fine. Lovely beds, we slept fine. We came for the Christmas market and the hotel is literally in the middle of the market so the location is top! Well insulated windows so from outside you hear little noise, from the hotel itself quite noisy. The shower was lukewarm and the sink stopper didn't work.

Basic room with great beds.

Great location, you step out the door and are at the Christmas market. Luckily, we had earplugs with us, because the Christmas market gave a lot of noise. Room is basic but clean. Great bed, spacious bathroom. Shower didn't really get hot. No lift, but that was known.
