I would stay here again anytime! Highly recommended!

Great hotel, everything clean and new, super nice staff that leaves nothing to be desired, very good location.
I would love to come back and can definitely recommend the hotel!

We are happy to recommend the hotel!

The reception was very friendly, the room was quiet, clean and it had air conditioning, a very comfortable bed and cool drinks (free!) were available in the minibar.
Breakfast was plentiful, there was, among other things, fresh fruit (nothing from a can), freshly baked cake, cheese, sausage, eggs, etc. The supply of bread rolls was a bit bumpy, but the owner just can't perform miracles, he was so eager and always friendly - some grumbling guest could certainly have taken a leaf out of his book!
The coffee machine is available to the guests of the house all day, and there is also a sauna and a fitness room!
The Aalen city center can be reached within a few minutes on foot, parking spaces are available at the hotel!

1 star because that is the minimum unfortunately... The young lady was very arrogant and unfriendly at the reception! The older lady was also very unfriendly at breakfast and always gave me a nasty look! She is not capable of handling my opinion for this job where she has to work with people! She spoke hatefully about her colleagues and her boss.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

The hotel is very close to the city center, just a short walk. Our room was very large and recently renovated. The sauna and relaxin area is also quite large and we enjoyed it a lot. Finally the staff is very friendly
