A short but excellent stay!

A very comfortable room, a very varied breakfast with quality products, a friendly staff, in short all you need to enjoy two extremely pleasant nights. The choice will be made quickly when we return to Alpirsbach.

Great food, Great owners

Great food and very nice owners.
We ate very well on Saturday and unfortunately had a small accident afterwards. The innkeepers took immediate care of the victim and called an ambulance.
Here, the guest still counts in all matters. I can only rate and recommend the Hotel Rössle as outstanding.

Good place with veggie breakfast and some veggie options in the restaurant

They are really caring about the customer and remember what you took for breakfast and will bring it without you needing to ask.
The restaurant though was heavy in price for veggies: 16€ something for a green veggie curry...
However, the rooms a new and clean so I’d come back again.

Great hotel great location awesome breakfast and the restaurant is top notch Alpirsbach is a cute little town with a well known brewery everything is in walking distance which I appreciate after having beers and beers and more beers

Great central place to tour Black Forest

This is a hotel in the middle of the Black Forest run by the Beilharz family. The mother and daughter-in-law run the hotel very efficiently and the son and father cook. The room we stayed in (number 61) was fully renovated with excellent lighting, modern bathroom and full range wifi. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant just before closing time and enjoyed the food so much that we ate there the rest of our three day stay. Excellent presentation, service, and taste. I do not remember the exact name but their Riesling was very good (about 5 euro for 1/4 liter).
The price of the food was moderate to high but worth it. I think the key of their success is that they have a limited menu that only changes seasonally (mushroom time, asparagus time, etc.). There are a few parking places in front of the hotel but we opted to pay 7 euro a night for a single enclosed garage across the street. It was worth it.
The hotel is in Alpirsbach a small town but great central location to visit the Black Forest. We visited Baden Baden, the mountain scenic road, and Freiburg. But just about 1/2 hour away there is an attractive medium size town, Freudenstadt, easy to drive to and from.
Some minor cons: the bed was a little hard and there was no mini-bar but this was no big issue for us as we travel by car and always bring bottle water.
We highly recommend this nice family hotel.
