Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I arrived at the hotel late at night after a long journey, only to discover that I had never received my check-in credentials. I was left outside with no way to access my room. The emergency contact information provided was incorrect, and I later received confirmation that the number sent to me was wrong.
As a result, I couldn't stay at the hotel despite having a paid reservation and had to continue my journey without any accommodation. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability afterward. Instead of taking responsibility or helping to resolve the issue, the hotel and the booking platform simply shifted the blame between each other, and my refund request was refused.
A paid reservation should guarantee a room, not leave guests stranded outside in the middle of the night. Extremely disappointing customer service and a very stressful experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great budget hotel

This hotel is a budget hotel located on an industrial estate. The property is still fairly new and everything looks clean and well cared for. Automatic check-in does not always work optimally, so there is sometimes a queue at the counter. We had a quadruple room. Not spacious, but also here fine clean and good beds. The room has air conditioning and a TV. Bathroom is small but ok. Dönerwinkel and McDonald’s within walking distance. For parking in front of the hotel one charges six euros while the barrier does not work. Tip: park for free in the parking lot a few meters away.

Nice overnight hotel

Very good hotel. We arrived without a reservation. Got immediately nice room. Super clean. Nice beds and lovely shower. Very friendly lady at the reception. Nice breakfast, wide choice. Parking space in front of the door. Overall nice overnight hotel for our transit to the south.

Absolutely fits!

Conveniently located, right at the tram stop., Relatively cheap and very clean!
The breakfast is good, the staff, with me it was Amelie, extremely nice and accommodating.
I can recommend the hotel in good conscience.
