The hotel's location is excellent. My room overlooked a magnificent green area. The surrounding area is very quiet. I have three warnings. First, the toilets need to be meticulously cleaned. Second, there were insects in the room; they need to be disinfected and inspected. Finally, unfortunately, two single beds can't be joined securely to form a single king-size bed. Because there's a gap between them, you're forced to sleep in the single section.

Modern and cozy hotel with mindful background

A brand new hotel, well located and very easily accessible. Shameful, modern yet very cozy furnishings. We are an elderly couple and were on a city tour in Augsburg. We felt very comfortable. The rooms are perfect, the beds great. The hotel is run inclusively and describes itself on the website as follows: "About half of our employees:inside have a handicap. Whether with or without a handicap – everyone uses their strength and hospitality to the maximum and from the heart. And this is what our guests feel from arrival to departure." And that's exactly what's true. All the mid-staff we experienced were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. At breakfast we experienced a mixed - younger audience even with attentive parents and very pleasant children. It's great to have this hotel. We will come back again.

We stayed at the hotel for New Year’s eve and we have nothing negative to share. Hotel was very clean and staff was super nice. I recommend this hotel for short stays in Augsburg.

Nice and clean property. Breakfast options are good and sufficient. 5 mins walk to the tram line 2. Service is good. No front desk post 11pm, so make sure not to loose the key if returning late.
