Highly recommended - A perfect wellness stay!
We had an all-round fantastic stay at this place and can 100% recommend it.
The highlights of our stay:
· The room: Our room with private sauna was the absolute dream! Not only was it very clean and cozy, but the private sauna was the highlight and made the stay very special.
· The staff: From the reception to the service staff at breakfast – the whole team was very friendly, attentive and always eager to make you feel comfortable.
· The breakfast: The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Everything was fresh, varied and top prepared. A perfect start to the day!
· Wellness area: The wellness area is equipped to a high standard and invites you to relax completely. We really enjoyed the massages and the relaxation area.
All in all a wonderful getaway, where we could relax perfectly. We will definitely come back

285 Euro to do the cleaning at a 4 star hotel
I booked a "suite" with indoor and outdoor hot tub.
Upon arrival the receptionist tells me that the room is not in the structure, but I have to go somewhere else. We start badly, I think at least one customer should be informed that, even if little, there is a distance between the room where they will stay and the hotel, also because meals take place in the main structure. We arrive at the destination with unclear indications regarding the entrance since no one welcomed us and the room is in the middle of residential houses, so impossible to distinguish what was the front door. The problem was solved within a few minutes thanks to a gentleman who explained everything. We finally enter this semi apartment, with a really unpleasant smell, but all in all it seemed cozy .. it seemed! Problems arise when I turn on the lights. The bathtub decorated with a trail of long black hair to which UNFORTUNATELY I did not take any photographs for the disgust I felt just to see them. Inside the tray in which were the wine glasses, a nail. Under the bedside table, next to the bed, another clipped nail with hair and crumbs around. At the foot of the bed a piece of bread/croissants crumbled with added hair. The "minibar" with crumbs inside, definitely not a day before and a smell not pleasant at all. I then decide to go to the facility, I explain the problem to the receptionist, and being a very helpful person, I ask her if she could kindly give me a disinfectant and a cleaning cloth and the mortification in her eyes was even audible. To apologize he offers us a bottle of wine, at no extra cost.
I'm going back to cleaning.
Christmas Eve day.
After paying 285€.
Christmas cleaning finished I decide it was time to finally take a bath .. without knowing that it would cost me 3 hours and a half of endless waiting: there was no hot water. I contact the receptionist who tells me to let it slide, and so I do, for an hour, after which I contact her again and I am told "maybe an hour is not enough"... An hour? With the times ticking and recommendations on waste, an hour of flowing water? I decide to listen to it and try repeatedly but results less than zero. So I go to reception asking for a kettle to fill the tub and to speak to a manager, because after 285 slaps I find it UNACCEPTABLE! The poor girl, in my opinion exhausted to see me return, tells me that she is contacting the technician but does not give her an answer and to wait for her call to follow the instructions given by the technician... I'm still waiting for him to call me, even though I'm already back at my house.
In the meantime I managed to take a bath.
After I've done the cleaning.
With the water heated with the kettle.

Wow, if you have the chance please visit this spa hotel. Private sauna in my room! Sean the spa manager was above and beyond friendly and the two front desk ladies were absolutely lovely. The 5 course meal was delicious and very well priced. I hope to return again!

Just not a good hotel
Just a terrible hotel. Called earlier that the reservation was was two persons. That was ok. Upon arrival nobody knew about this and it took some hassle to get this arranged. Lady at the front desk was very annoyed and not friendly at all. Probably had a bad day.
Room was what I expected.
In the middle of the night the smoke alarm went off at the entire hotel. People in the hallway and all over the floor. Took 20 minutes but no further news.
In the morning no sign of staff. Had to grab a thermos with coffee from one of the other tables guests.
Just left without a word. Will not come back here.
