Our stay at this charming Hotel Alte Schule, in Bad Berleberg, Germany was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt thoughtful and extra special. The warm hospitality, and beautiful surroundings made us feel completely at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and full of character, and the quiet setting was exactly what we needed.
Our morning’s breakfast was fresh and delicious, with such a lovely personal touch. It truly felt like a hidden gem filled with warmth and hospitality.
We left with such sweet memories and would absolutely return again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quaint, relaxing, and special place to stay in Germany.
We met the owners and they were warm and friendly.

Made me want to stay there a few more days

The hotel is very nice, both in the furnishing of rooms and common areas, both in breakfast. The room in the Altes Museum was very large, clean, with a comfortable bed and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was also clean, with a nice shower. The only thing I would add is a courtesy set. Breakfast, in the main building, offers excellent food, very good Samova green tea, an exceptional yogurt from a local dairy, honey also local. The sweets were not much, actually, but I fell back on the waffeln that were very good. Accounts in line with the structure, 121 euros with beer (Krombacher Weizen) available in the lobby fridge.

Beautiful Rooms and wonderful location; only negative was we were on the 4th floor with a lot of luggage (5 large bags) which was difficult to transport up tthe stairs as there wasn't a lift. Otherwise cannot fault this hotel and would stay again (but request a lower room to make it easier).

Lovingly furnished hotel

Lovingly decorated hotel with a very good breakfast and nice people. The charging facility for the electric car worked well. Bad Berleburg can be easily visited from there and the castle opposite is worthwhile including the park.

Breakfast was an extra fee and it was excellent. Syliva at the front desk is fantastic. Just a short walk to the castle and royal gardens and the church. They had a parking space for our rental car. Just perfect.
