Good house especially for physically disabled people

We stayed with a total of 42 people suffering from multiple sclerosis and some of their companions for a week in this hotel for free time. Although the decor seems a bit outdated in some cases the house is absolutely handicapped accessible in all respects. It also offers good evening entertainment and the buffet-style just food was all good and varied

Designating this place as a hotel is big words. That memory in everything about a nursing home / hospital that is in decay.
Had booked 2 nights but left the place after the first night. We were allowed to pay almost full Award for both nights. Hotels are fully furnished for wheelchair users, which of course is fine, so it could be updated to something more contemporary and cozy.

Excellent Facilities for Disabled

We booked this hotel from a German Disabled Site and it was well worth it. The whole hotel is geared around people with disabilities but it just looks like any other hotel. All the rooms include a full access bathroom with walk in shower and either one or two electric beds. Other extras can be ordered if you need them. We spent two nights there on a half board basis as we were unsure of the local restaurants. I would, however, if I go back just do it on a B&B as there are really good places in the town only about 800m away. In fact that was the only downside, the main meals at night reminded us of being back at school, the food was that basic. Nothing wrong with it as such, just we could have had nicer, genuine, German food in the town. At least we'll know for next time. Oh, and btw, visit the baths in the town, they are excellent and have a hoist for wheelchair users to get into the pool!
