Very hospitable

A very beautiful and quiet hotel. The service is excellent and the food, we have rarely eaten so well. We were two adults and two children. Very child-friendly. The pool is great for us and the children. The hot tub is a nice place to relax. Breakfast has a plentiful selection, there is something for everyone.

Great nice rooms. Good beds.
Not tried pool due to lack of time.
Best with the hotel was the lovely breakfast! Fantastic selection. We didn't try dinner there. Located rural and quiet.

Gladly again

We stayed for 2 nights over New Year's Eve in the ferry house in Bad Bevensen.
The reception was very sympathetic and all the staff are very warm and welcoming. The whole staff is super friendly! The rooms are large and well divided. Overall, the hotel is fine. However, the interior is a matter of taste and looks a bit after 80s. Doesn't seem worn out.
The wellness area is not so large and a little nested. Here, one or the other shower tap would have to be replaced.
It was a nice stay and we will come back.

Great hotel, super breakfast, on Arriva the 3rd bed wasent available i out room, so the helpful receptionist quickly transferred is to a room with the 3rd bed and gave us complementary minibar. If i had to nidpick the the pool was a couple degrees colder than advertised

Great wellness weekend

Very friendly reception, booking via Booking worked very well. The room was ready before 3 p.m. Bathroom with 2 sinks, good mattresses, bathrobes and sauna towels. Everything was very clean. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. Even smokers were thought of, balcony with glass panes. Super large swimming pool, whirlpool nice and warm. One point deducted because the steam sauna unfortunately didn't steam and the cosmetic + massage treatment didn't take place. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much
