Lunch in Bad Buchau

We had lunch at the Poseidon restaurant which is in this hotel. They offer Greek food and it is fairly good. They also offer german food which is very convenient for the different palates. We had an appetizer, which is a tradition they kept. It was a very quiet and pleasant place. Will come back.

Bad Buchau is very interesting area

Well....where to start. On the third floor in a small room?
It had a great breakfast. Very nice owner. Room with TV, kitchen, balcony looking on the roofs of the city.
Our room was clean and newly painted.
We had ONE meal in the Greek Restauant Posidon downstairs. Just once.
Therme and Federsee within walking distance. Lots of better restaurants.
No parking place near the building.

Clean, comfotable, cozy in a small Village

Very amiable owner, clean rooms, quiet and cheap. If you are in transit or are looking for a comfortable place to sleep, I recommend it. Didn't have time to stay for the breakfast, so I don't know how it is. Internet was included. Park in front of the pension.

Nice place in Bad Buchau

Eva, our hostess, is very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed getting to know her. The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was a good traditional German breakfast. Our hostess speaks good English, and provided us with helpful maps and suggested sites to see.
The parking is limited to alongside a narrow street that runs alongside the gastehaus, but we were able to find a spot each day.
Check-in is a little bit different, in that you call the owner using a phone on a front desk, and she instructs you to where you key and check-in information is stored. We got checked in fine, though.
We really enjoyed our stay there.
