Charming, Central and Friendly

Balm for the soul after a long flight. Peaceful and beautiful location in the Park but easy walking to train station and town sites. Quit I slept well on good bed. My room was small but that was by choice. Prices very reasonable. Breakfast was very good. One of the most friendly places I have stayed in Germany. The positive. reviews are accurate.

Villa Kisseleff - great location!

Room ok, renovation would be nice though. Cleaning fairy cleaned sporadically. The woman herself is:
With all-purpose towels and descalers, we were able to quickly create a feel-good atmosphere.
Reception was friendly!!!

Very unfriendly contact

Unfortunately I was unable to make a room reservation as the person on the phone, probably a receptionist, was very rude and irritable. Sorry but I will spend my money somewhere else!!!!

I would have liked to have booked because I was there years ago and it was OK. The proximity to the Kurstift is ideal for me. As the online reservation form only showed errors, I called. The lady on the phone was not very obliging and still wanted to take my reservation over the phone, then she had to interrupt the call and promised to call me back. Unfortunately, this has not happened yet. So customer service is different....

Excellent Service, Location, and Amenities!

Several people from my company have stayed here for years when they travel to Frankfurt for a trade show, so I initially did not have a say in where we stayed. But I am beyond thrilled with the outcome and understand why they always return to this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is very good and fresh, but the host/owner Nicolas is the main reason to come back. He is a very gracious and an excellent proprietor. He is happy to help with any request and makes sure you feel like you are at home. The hotel has nice history and is adjacent to a beautiful park. If you are anywhere in the region you should really make a point to tour Bad Homburg, it's a beautiful, charming, historic, clean city.
