Small hotel with attractive rooms.

It is a small hotel. My single room was good in size and equipment.
The toilet was clean. The shower was a little too small.
Rooms are facing forward, towards the street and to the rear, towards the river. The hotel is very clean.
Breakfast was good standard.
If I'm around, I'll go back.

Expedia needs to inform clients about check-in procedures and parking. Also relaying messages to the hotel.

Quiet hotel right on the Nahe............

I stayed with my mother for one night at this hotel. The hotel is right across the street from Orange Park, which I chose because we were in the restaurant there after the funeral.
Hotel is super nice on the Nahe. Very quiet rooms, with excellent beds. The bathroom I found too small though...... the shower went just so.....there was absolute silence, only the quiet noise of the Nahe, could be heard.
What wasn't so good was the fact that I wasn't told on the phone when Booking Referral that there are stairs you have to take to get to the hotel area at all. Since I had explicitly pointed out that my mother needed a rollator and there were no stairs, this was already annoying on arrival.
Also, the elevator is so extremely small that we just fit in with the rollator. We're normal weight.
The staff is very friendly and there is a beautiful terrace that we used for breakfast.
We stayed one night at the hotel and I had booked a parking space for it, this was right next to the hotel.
All in all, a definite recommendation.

Great location. Clean and great staff

The hotel is excellent. A family business and the manager himself at the reception. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The Pico Bello hotel room is clean.. would happily stay again. The location is excellent and the location down by the Nahe is highly recommended.
