Great hotel

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, great food, delicious drinks (Real fruit juice not chemical lemonade) Beautiful fine large pool and good beds.
Only the plumbing is really horribly outdated. Fine water pressure though.
Pool table and bowling alley are mainly entertaining but not top quality.
80% of the guests are Dutch and 60+ but therefore few screaming children

Mediocre!

Average hotel with great food and friendly staff. Bathrooms are very outdated and in need of a refurbishment. WC makes a lot of noise and therefore could not sleep well at night. Lack of access for the physically disabled is lacking. Just a staircase. Lift is very small. kamrs are nice and also the hygiene is good. Lots of hassle with the payment. A room was overcharged and they also supposedly did not receive payment while we showed that the money was transferred. Very vague, then.

Once but never again

We are really not satisfied with our stay
At our first dinner we were surprised by the limited choice during the buffet.
1 type of meat, 1 type of fish and 1 time a vegetarian choice.
The vegetable variety the rest of the week also left something to be desired.
Tuesday: cauliflower and cheese.
Wednesday: cauliflower soup and vegetable broccoli
Thursday: cauliflower with carrots and broccoli soup
Friday: vegetable soup with the above vegetables.
The Lunch buffet was really deeply saddened.
The website states:
Between 12:30 and 14:00 our restaurant offers a selection of salads and hot and cold snacks.
This was 1 salad and soup on the days we had lunch.
And bread with cheese and cold cuts. (It looks like the leftovers of breakfast, however, the staff denied this)
On the information screen advertising said with pastry buffet. Also this one not found and no pastries had.
You shouldn't be here for culinary delight.
We ran out of fanta and Coke Zero. (1 1/2 days)
Toilet paper had to ask at reception.
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. But we haven't seen a cleaner. (5 days booked) extra cleaning costs 15 euros. This is also not found on the website.
The live music night was cancelled, the singer did not show up. They did open the bar downstairs that night.
The rest of the week only the bar upstairs was open and the rest closed.
The terrace downstairs is full of weeds and there are many leaves. Staff you don't see.
Never again for us. The hotel seems to have seen better days, but seems to have mostly cut back on everything.
The complaint I made on day 2 was immediately responded to with an apology. A lady even came to the table to apologize but there has been no improvement.

Nice hotel

Good hotel , good food and friendly staff .We were there with the warm June days ,but the room was fresh and in the garden was also shade possible .Ganse dag water, fruit juice, coffee and tea.
Nice pool .Definitely recommended .

A drama holiday

The hot buffet was much too lukewarm, I got a bacteria because of that probably a chicken cordon bleu that was too cold, and 1 whole day in bed pfff...
The pool was way too cold which left me with a cold.
While bowling with my fingers between the balls, which were far too smooth
