Unique experience!

We were deeply impressed by the charm of this hotel. The interior and exterior architecture is among the finest we have ever seen and experienced. Highest respect for the founding family. A big compliment to the kitchen and the motivated, dedicated, and genuine hospitality of the staff. Perfect! We will come back!

Disappointing

This hotel has a significant backlog of investment and does not deserve 5 stars. The romantic, secluded, and therefore very quiet location is worth mentioning as a positive. However, the rooms, at least the one assigned to us, are small, and the bathroom is even very small. Some panes of the glass door to the balcony are fogged up, and on the small balcony, the cushion pads have been discovered by birds as a source of nesting material. That might be quite idyllic, but it is not 5-star standard.

Christmas at the Jagdhof 2024

Christmas in the Jagdhof 2024 - a stay that will remain in our memory for a long time to come. The Jagdhof enchants from the first moment with an incredibly warm, warm atmosphere, the staff welcomes you personally and fulfills every wish and the ambience of the hotel makes you feel like you are making a detour to the last century, with roaring fireplaces, uniquely furnished rooms and a kitchen that spoils you all day with high-quality, traditional food. The Jagdhof lets you arrive from the first moment and the personally set details make the experience unique. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Very successful short trip to Jagdhof Glashütte

Great location, very quiet with very good Service and very friendly staff. Reception friendly and competent, you will be fully informed and can dive right into the cozy & homely interior. However, the name is program here a lot revolves around hunting and what also reflects the interior accordingly, ergo the expectation should not be boutique hotel in a big city. The dinner (menu) was very good taste and also appropriately & appealingly arranged....Bayrischer Abend! When asked if it was in accordance with the Michelin recommendation, I would deny this as it only refers to certain dishes and we were not served them that evening. I'd talk about upscale gourmet gastronomy, with air up. The room (home) was perfect and almost luxuriously equipped (very quiet) with very many "extras" which was probably thanks to our arrangement. The wellness area is nicely equipped and well usable although under "full load" possibly too small what eg. Waiting times during massage etc. generated, even a sports room would do the whole thing very good! The indoor pool is fine (small) and well usable! Breakfast, however, can compete with the very big ones, almost everything there that the heart desires and in a very good quality. What is not there can be ordered from the very friendly staff and arrives very quickly at the table! Shortly about the location of the Jagdhof, it is located on the edge of the forest, making it ideal for training runs, bike tours or hiking trips, we were traveling with Koomot and found it very great. For us it was a very successful short trip, should the opportunity arise again so we will gladly come back to the Jagdhof!
