Everything was perfect.

Very nice and personal reception, we were immediately given all the explanations and also handed the "Kurkarte" "Konus-Karte," which allows free use of public transport throughout the Black Forest and discounts for various activities, such as the central swimming pool. The breakfast buffet is extraordinarily excellent. It leaves nothing to be desired. It's a pity that it is only a Garni hotel, but there is the restaurant Oscar's, run by the same owner, very close by.

3-star hotel with 5-star breakfast.

The first impression of a hotel is at check-in. And then it was clear Hotel Koch was a good choice.
The check-in was fast and very friendly.
The room request was fulfilled and therefore the stay was a complete success.
The room was clean, the bed good, the shower great and important: the windows or balcony door were openable.
It was quiet, the location at the spa park very nice.
Breakfast was very, very good.
The staff sincerely friendly and nice.
This place is highly recommended.

Good hotel for 3 stars. Clean and good location. The bed did not suit us as too hard but they tried to assist with this. Also to note no lift, so if you have mobility issues be warned. Staff lovely and breakfast was amazing regarding choice.
