Quality room

A nice size room with good quality fittings and decor strange arrangement with collecting the key from the hospital around the corner. No breakfast available until after 8:30 from the place next door which was no good for me but generally good. Will stay there again.

Great value, beautiful rooms

When looking for a business hotel in the are of Rothenfelde I realized there were none to be found. Instead of opting for a dull Gasthof, I decided to try the guest house of the Schuchtermann hospital.
From what they told me the idea of the guest house is to be available for relatives of patients. However since it isn't booked as heavily as they expected, it is made available via hotel booking websites.
The guest house is located 5 minutes from the hospital, where one needs to go for the reception.
The rooms are great. They are quite new, nice in size and the quality / design is very nice and can otherwise only be seen in higher end hotels such as Hyatt or Hilton.
There is no feeling of a hospital once one is in the room, only the elevator is a bit tricky at first.
There is WiFi at a fee via T-mobile and free parking.
The hotel provided outstanding value for the money and will be my favorite if I travel to this area again.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel im Ortszentrum

Das Gästehaus Heinrich Schuchtermann ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Ein
riesengroßes DZ mit Sitzecke für 75 €/Nacht. Hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Sehr geräumiges Badezimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Der Fahrstuhl ist etwas langsam, aber OK. Einziger Nachteil: Zum Einchecken muss man an die Rezeption der Schuchtermann Klinik in einer Nebenstraße. Von dort kann man aber mit wenigen Schritten durch den Garten zum Gästehaus kommen.
Ein einfaches Frühstück kann man in der Cafeteria der Klinik für 3,10 € bekommen.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Super günstig

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und auch Bad. Modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten schon Hotelzimmer die wesentlich teurer waren und einen schlechteren Standard hatten.

Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Meine Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Große, geräumige Zimmer. Qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Im Bad gibt es Shampoo, Duschgel und Bodylotion.
Parkplätze sind leider Mangelware. Wir haben keinen mehr auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz bekommen. Der Aufzug ist nachträglich eingebaut und sehr langsam. Alles in allem ein hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
