Here, seniors are pampered
Mostly older people book here—that is, over 80—the staff is very warm—especially the nice Martin is the soul of the house—the older, often somewhat impaired guests are also given a "helping hand" and assistance.
The highlight was the evening buffet-
Obviously everything is homemade and made in-house! Incredibly delicious, sustainable, and diverse!
Many homemade salads, just like you remember from the past, and more than 10 different desserts!
A great park-like garden with its own small graduation tower and nicely landscaped.
The single rooms are adequately equipped and the size is sufficient- even with a balcony.

A round and successful stay that would have been possible even in bad weather.
The cleanliness left nothing to be desired. The room was also cleaned daily, as we specifically requested. The coordination with the "room fairies" worked smoothly for us despite frequently changing treatment and meal times. The therapy appointments agreed upon at the time of booking (peat wraps, full-body massages) were always kept and carried out professionally and pleasantly. The breakfast hours from 7 to 10 provided enough time for a hearty breakfast. Since there are several good and recommendable restaurants in Bad-Westernkotten, we were only able to use the hotel restaurant for our evening meals once. With breakfast included, one could register daily until noon at the hotel for the evening full board buffet. (Which can be very advisable on Mondays. Due to the required rest days nowadays).
The attentiveness and friendliness of the entire staff were very pleasant.
The attractively designed garden with some seating options and functioning service there leaves nothing to be desired even in the afternoon.
