We celebrated our birthday at the restaurant

It was a successful evening. Every service was courteous, we were served perfectly
The food was very good from the selection and quality. A compliment to the restaurant chef and the kitchen. We were asked shortly after the occasion when making the reservation. When we arrived my wife was congratulated, the table by the window was decorated with flowers and two candles (no tealights!) for my wife. We say THANK YOU.
We have never experienced this in any other restaurant in Bad Zwischenahn!

Nice hotel, bad staff.

We were at this hotel for the first time. Good location, good room, good and sufficient breakfast. Dinner on all days was bad and overloaded, and we were served rudely by the staff (in the evening). -Kindness costs nothing-!!!!
The staff at the reception was sometimes overwhelmed and uninformed.
Tip: After paying the bill, it is customary to ask how the guests enjoyed their stay, right????

Great New Year's Eve celebration with nice days in Bad Zwischenahn.

After many years of New Year’s Eve in a circle of friends, we decided for the first time on an offer at the Hotel am Badepark for the turn of the year.
Three nights with half board and New Year's Eve dinner, as well as city tour were included. We were not disappointed and could award 6 stars if possible.
From arrival to departure everything was very well organized.
Every evening there was a menu with a selection of the main course.
Everything was very well prepared and the service of the staff is first class.
The chef often serves himself and always keeps an eye on the staff that everything works out. It's the best way to imagine the service.
Since we have been here several times over the years, we can also say that this type of service is always like this and leaves nothing to be desired.
The rooms are clean and cleaned daily, which is not done everywhere anymore. The walk-in shower is especially important for the elderly.
Please keep going and stay as you are! You always feel very well looked after and feel like a family member.

A lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was delicious - ate breakfast (great buffet and variety) and fabulous lunch too. Staff was very good. Only negative was the WiFi was weak. In this day and age that was disappointing. Overall highly recommend.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spatious. I also warmly recommend the restaurant: menu was delicious and waitors were very friendly. Good WIFI and good parking availability.
