A Christmas well spent at Hotel Belle Epoque in Baden Baden

I booked this hotel for three days over Christmas for my daughter, who had been backpacking since June. She was sad about spending Christmas on her own for the first time. She loved every minute of her stay. She was upgraded to a junior suite, which she loved. The room was immaculate, and the bathtub with its jets was amazing. She was especially impressed by the staff and the level of service she received. She was impressed how they greeted her by name when she came and went. They opened doors for her. And when she ordered pizza from outside the hotel, they had it sent up with a plate, silverware, and a cloth serviette. She spent time in their sitting area, which was very cosy with a lit fire in the fireplace. I am very happy I booked the 3 days at this hotel. She thoroughly enjoyed her stay.

True luxury and service

We chose this hotel to end our trip with some luxury and were not disappointed. This is a beautiful traditional, sumptuous hotel and we had a fantastic room thanks to a generously priced upgrade. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. This is not the cheapest, but in our opinion one of the best we have stayed in. Thoroughly recommend.

Enjoyable weekend

We were invited by friends to a birthday party over the weekend. Everything was to our satisfaction, the rooms, the entire ambiance, the terrace, the garden, the breakfast. The lady from the breakfast staff was a bit grumpy; a smile would have been appropriate, and she obviously did not understand humor. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. A lot has already been written about the hotel here, and I do not want to repeat anything. Nevertheless, a few remarks. The beautiful rooms are very, very different. Clarify exactly what you want beforehand. There are rooms with and without a whirlpool, elevator, air conditioning, etc. You should therefore specify your wishes exactly so that there are no disappointments and, if necessary, complaints.

Great hotel experience in Baden Baden

Great hotel, nice location and nice service. Good breakfast and nice with parking at the hotel. Clean and inviting!

Swimming pool in the pictures when booking but no swimming pool , it's a picture of one 15 mins away and NO ON SITE restaurant, they said it's there sister hotel over the road for a restaurant
