An exceptional property

An exceptional property, stylish, clean and well maintained with a lovely owner.
We appreciated a quiet and peaceful place to call home for 7 nights.
The area is fantastic with a local Turkish market, great restaurants and cafes and independent shops. Close to public transport- bus and rail.

Terrible experience

I found the owner unreasonable with my booking. About 36 hours before arrival, I informed the hostel that I would be staying one less night, but I was still charged for it.
There were also undisclosed photo shoot activities taking place at the hostel, which affected the comfort and atmosphere.
the room felt damp, and there was a spider on the wall.
I would not recommend staying here.

Cosy stay in vibrant Kreuzberg

Great value for a cute and cosy place to rest your head whilst taking in all that Berlin offers! I stayed here for 9 nights and felt so welcomed for each of them due to Kathrin’s incredible hospitality. Although I did find sound could travel a little between me and my neighbouring rooms, overall my stay was a peaceful and restful one. The hostel has a gorgeous design with lots of sweet, creative touches throughout, and is perfectly located in the bustling and vibrant Kreuzberg.
I have to give extra credit for Kathrin and her team who keep the hostel impeccably clean and tidy! I was also extremely grateful for the flexibility Kathrin offered me in checking in late due to a chaotic and long series of train journeys to Berlin from the U.K. - truly excellent communication!

Feeling at home in the middle of Berlin!

I have been here several times and I am always thrilled. Everything is just right and it feels a bit like home every time. Top location, top service and a super friendly hostess! Always happy :-)

Gladly again!

Super cute hostel in a great location! Family atmosphere, friendly hostess, creatively decorated rooms and everything is always clean. There are lots of cool cafes, bars, late-night shops and boutiques nearby. I can only recommend a stay!
