The room was perfect for a few days in Berlin. Basic but very clean, the only thing that was misaing was a kettle in the room. The lift was a bonus.
The staff were very firendly and would consider staying again if i'm ever in Berlin.

hotel horrible

Hotel to flee ,
no common areas, dirty and dilapidated entrance, dilapidated parking lot full of rubble and dumpsters
Staff sandblasting and present just for lunch

Upon arrival until the last day of our 5 day stay we were subjected to
- unfriendly welcome
- unfriendly service at breakfast
- requests to pay for parking we did not use
When checking in we said that we would pay for the full stay but not use our room on all nights and only need parking on the first night.
During our stay we were afraid to go the small reception / breakfast room to avoid any altercations with the staff.
The room was very clean but the lift was dirty and full of graffiti.
However on the last day / breakfast one of the ladies actually did smile and was most friendly.
We will not come back but hope the staff can learn to be at least a bit less unfriendly.

The worst experience!

The worst experience of my life. They do not want to modify the reservation if there is any change (even in advance)... There was no hot water or explanations, the heating did not work (4 days bathing with cold water and 5oC outside), there are no toiletries in the room, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and a long et cetera of what is wrong... I only stayed here for the short notice I had to go to Berlin.
If you find someone in reception and luckily they speak another language other than German, they answer you in a bad way and do not solve anything.

Old neglected creepy hotel

Shocking hotel. Do not stay here. Old beds, loud guests returning at 11pm drunk. Old bathroom, the curtains don't even close. Annoyed that the event organisers booked this place. Very poor value for money. Stay elsewhere. The area and place is just strange, like something from the 60s. Walls and thin and you can even hear when someone opens a tap in another room.
