Good breakfast and central location

It's kind of like traveling back in time. You can’t expect that much, but those who work there are friendly, the hotel is clean, and it’s super centrally located. If you want a cheap hotel room in Berlin without the big impression, stay here is OK.

Not recommended

The hotel was very outdated and extremely poorly cleaned.
Upon arrival we were assigned rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. There we found mold (which grows) in the bathroom, blood in the curtains, hair in the bed, stained furniture and very dirty floors.
Upon request at the reception we got 2 new rooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the 4th floor. The room on the 4th floor was ok, probably refurbished at some point but still not clean. In the room on the 1st floor we found garbage on the floor, hair in the bed and dirty towels under the sink in the bathroom.
I dare say that this hotel is a place for people who do illegal things (you smell it in the hallways and on some of the people who are there both as guests and for shopping). Stay away.

Loved the old charm of the place, but absolutely no hot water. Neither at the end of the day nor in the morning.

Never again to this hotel

Location was acceptable. Atmosphere terrible because of lift, cold and old rooms and the reception entrance was closed because the receptionists decided!!!
