Never again dirty shacks

Cheap hangouts dirty rooms just horrible not recommended at all Wet room dirty and rusty no parking no breakfast Drug place smells like coke room smells dirty and musty Bed linen and towels look already used

Absolutely not recommended

I was in Berlin for a family medical issue and was booked into Hotel Orion on the basis it had English speaking staff,air conditioning and other usual comforts. On a hot summers day when I arrived there was no air con, only 1 window that could open slightly. The room was very stuffy and hot. U comfortable.The initial receptionist tried to be helpful but then the other receptionist/manager came and she was very unhelpful and quite rude. Very basic English only. Saw another guest had a fan , when I asked was told NO. Stayed 1 night out of 3 then moved to another hotel- they tried to charge me for 2 nights and I refused.
Only good thing was the wine bar next door.

Not 3 stars hotel

1/Location is good facing an Arabic shesha lounge which my girl friend loved
2/ clearing need to be improves a lot
3/ it’s Russan own hotel so communication is an issue with the breakfast staff as well as house keeping
4/ poor internet
5/ average breakfast
6/ if you want to stay bring your own Pillow
7/ friendly reception staff

Disappointed

Indeed, staff very friendly, but not helpful. Our room was stuffy and carpets stained with dust in skirtings and corners, also no airconditioning. We asked for a desk fan, shoulders were shrugged. The safe in our room did not work, again shoulders were shrugged.

4 days of disgusting

I spent 4 days together with my friends in this hotel that should be knocked off immediately. The food is disgusting, as are the staff who, instead of doing what they must, start playing cards. The blankets and sheets are something macabre, a friend of mine found some blood stains. There is no security, so much that we have been robbed of 800 euros.
There is only one guy who barely speaks English and sleeps all the time, plus the night we hear suspicious noises and we see quite ambiguous people. We could not go out alone having to barricade ourselves in our room without closing our eyes. Not to mention the fact that the hotel is in a fairly desolate area, without any kind of entertainment. We could have slept better on the street.
