Terrible hotel, just awful.

The impression was terrible.
It's not a hotel, it's a hostel for a large enough sum.
Booked five nights, came as a family. If the room is on the 2nd-3rd floor and onwards – take into account that there is no lift, suitcases on themselves. There's only a washbasin in the room. No kettle or refrigerator – this is specified at the time of booking, take into account. The bathroom with shower and toilet were located across a public flight of stairs from our room. Supermarket nearby is a 15-minute walk away, nowhere to eat in the evening. The subway's far too. The metro center is 30 minutes away.
Terrified, sleeping here tonight. In the morning moved to another hotel.Overnight it was discovered that the beds were old, the beds were old, the sheets in the cots,. The pillows smell unpleasant.
Debited the hotel, asked for a refund of the remaining 4 nights. With a fine, naturally, if it exists.
Nothing was returned to us.

UNACCEPTABLE

UNACCEPTABLE AND RUDE! I booked through booking.com and decided to trust that there was a no refund policy. I choose to extend my stay and because the pay card i use did not have the exact amount they canceled they whole booking! NOT JUST THE EXTRA ONE!!!!! THIS IS THEFT! AND the hotel administrator or owner was not helping out and was not speaking in english. They didn't care why it was canceled. I was waiting outside in a foreign country for hours to get help from them and the hotel was sending me to booking.com, and the opposite.
NOONE HAS BEEN ANSwERING TO ME NOR HAS RETURNED ANY MONEY.

The worst expirince ever!!!!

Our room had a smell, and it was pretty old. That didn't boder me that much but also the bathroom could be cleaner. The problem is that the staff is not working on Saturday and Sunday so one is there to manage a d help. To actually run the hostel. One group was having a party or who knows what, they were screaming, running, fighting and we heard women crying and sobbing. We were terrified and scared what to do. Called the police but took after again. Worst night in any hotel ever.

Good place to stay for a couple of days

Arrived at place and they couldn't speak English well, but luckily for me i had a German friend that translated for me and that was the only worrying part of this stay for me.
After i got my keys i walked up through to the back and up the third level to get to my room and despite it being a bit small, it had a sink, mirror, tv and table. I never expected it be like a Hilton hotel, so i wasn't fussed by it. The door wouldn't fully open when i tried to get extra air into the room on a hot evening, as the door catches the bed.
Overall, i had low hopes in truth of coming here and actually was far better than what i had read or expected. If you want to stay say a 2-3 days then this isn't a bad little place. There is a S-Bahn about a 7 minute walk away called 'Nolderplatz' and is 3 stops roughly into the centre of Berlin called Friedrichstrasse.
