An exceptional stay, I can't wait to return.
I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Zoo Berlin. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We had asked if it might be possible to check in early since our flight landed in the morning. When we reached the hotel at around 10:45 a.m., we were pleasantly surprised to hear that our room was already ready. It was a wonderful start to our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful. It has an understated elegance that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully designed, with interiors that are stylish, sophisticated, and full of character without being over the top.
Breakfast was another highlight. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely looked after every guest. The breakfast room has a real wow factor—elegant, refined, and beautifully designed. It felt more like dining in a stylish restaurant than the typical business-style breakfast room you often find in many five-star hotels.
Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully designed. It struck the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication, making it a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring Berlin.
Overall, Hotel Zoo Berlin exceeded my expectations. It combines outstanding service, elegant design, and a relaxed atmosphere that made us feel at home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time I'm in Berlin.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and appreciated the hotel's commitment to quality. One area that could be improved is the noise from the rooftop bar. In the evenings, the music could be heard quite clearly from our room, which made it a little difficult to fully relax. Better soundproofing or lowering the music volume later at night would enhance the guest experience, especially for those staying on the upper floors. Other than that, I have no suggestions for improvement and would happily stay at Hotel Zoo Berlin again.

Always a pleasure to stay at Hotel Zoo Berlin. I always feel at home here. The service is consistently friendly and at the highest level, and the hotel has managed to maintain its excellent reputation and standards for many years. A truly special place in Berlin that I am always happy to return to.

This hotel is highly recommended!!! We were completely satisfied. The room was wonderful, the service, parking, breakfast were A1 plus, it doesn't get any better.

Zoo hotel
Came with my family, this hotel was booked by my brother. First, the location is excellent, right in the center of Berlin. Surprisingly, there's even a Xiaolongkan hotpot restaurant nearby (a bit shocking). The hotel room is small and has a historical feel, and the service is excellent. The hotel staff member Jonas was very enthusiastic, and he was very helpful in taking our luggage to the room during check-in (of course, we tipped him). The people are interesting and fun. The picture is of a place to have breakfast, it's very luxurious, but the breakfast is charged separately, which is a bit expensive, but the noodles got a good review
