This was a perfect place for our stay in Berlin. Close to the Columbiahalle which was what we were after. But it was also really close to U-bahn so easy to get anywhere. The room was really nice. Perfect to have a fridge and cooking facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The doona a bit too warm and the shower is very small, but worked very well. I would definitely stay here again.

.Stay away from this place

The rooms are indeed clean and modern. Bear in mind that if you happen to need cleaning before 7 nights are over, you'll be charged 30 eu.
The work space that includes washing machines is closed and will continue to be closed for several months. Bear in mind there are no laundromats in the neighbourhood.
The major problem was not being able to create direct and efficient contact with a human representative who is not a bot. We had to pay for long distant expensive calls because they wrote to us they only write text messages. This is not a kind of place that respects its lodgers and/or takes responsibility for its malfunctions (wrong code, a dirty room, etc.)

Wonderful time in Berlin at Alt-Tempelhof

Misleading listing / incomplete amenities
•Lack of access to common area

We initially stayed for 3 days and decided to extend for more than a week. Expecting that service and facility will improve . The apartment is ok which we appreciated.
What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful.
Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience.
