Fabuous clean and much value for your money. Easy and understandable checkin procedures and close to lots of good restaurants: La Famiglia if you like autentic Italian food

Definitely avoid! Disastrous service

I can only advise against staying here. The supposed 24/7 online service responds with hours of delay, constantly changing "contact persons," and is absolutely unhelpful. In my apartment, the toilet flush would not stop running, making sleep and even staying in the very small room impossible. It was late in the evening, and after an hour, I received feedback that there were no rooms available and that someone might come to check it out tomorrow at some point. As a result, I had to book another hotel. During the night, at 3:00 and 6:00, I received messages from the "service" asking if I had tried pressing the flush button again. The next morning, I received the message that they could not provide a refund, but could send a technician if needed. This means that even at 11:30 the next morning, the problem was still not resolved. I have never experienced anything so subpar, and I have stayed in other self-check-in hotels before.

The location is perfect—just one train stop from the airport and situated in a very central area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet still lively with local residents. While there is no staff in the building, they are very quick and helpful to respond to any questions online. My only criticism would be the pillows. Since they were feather pillows, they made noise—similar to the rustling of a plastic sheet—which made it difficult for me to sleep. It would have been nice to have a different type of spare pillow available.

I had everything that I needed and received check-in information early. Very nice and easy access to restaurants of all variety and train stations.

The room was spotless we loved the location lots of restaurants and bars in the immediate area couldn't fault it
