Fantastic bar staff.

Although we are not staying at the Maritim Hotel, we visit the bar every night. We have visited Berlin for 15 years and are always drawn back to this lovely quiet, relaxed place for drinks. The staff are fantastic. Minas, Lukas, the young man with dark hair and long haired lady are incredibly friendly and helpful. In our opinion it's the best bar in Berlin. See you tomorrow (we're here for 17 nights!).

Very comfortable room. The location is perfect for taking public transit everywhere in the city. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and again.

Stayed for a weekend in Berlin. Fantastic location between Brandenburg Gate and Friedrichstraße. Lively hotel with comfortable rooms. Would recommend.

A Hotel That Feels Like a Comfortable Old Friend, Not a Fling

There's something quietly settling about walking into a hotel that doesn't try too hard to impress you — Maritim proArte is exactly that. Central, calm, and honestly a good place to unwind with friends after long days of exploring Berlin on foot.
The location is unbeatable — minutes from Unter den Linden and easy train access from the airport. Rooms are spotless and the breakfast buffet is generous. Staff at reception, in particular, get a lot of warmth from guests.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

This hotel is stunning. My room was clean, the fridge was quiet, everything worked. I was able to leave my luggage at reception after checking out free of charge until it was time for me to go to the airport. Within walking distance are: a train station, Aldi and a couple of great bars with a dancefloor.
