Modern, clean, contemporary hotel.

Very nicely located hotel. Potsdamer Platz and Nikolai Quarter are all within walking distance. Very rich and delicious breakfast buffet with organic products. Very nice, modern, and clean rooms.
Very nice, inviting bar area in the foyer that is still suitable for a stop in the evening.

A really lovely place and great team

Check in was quick with a really lovely guy called Vincent who was super helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and the beds really comfortable and I mean really comfortable.
Really close to everything which made it a great location.
Breakfast was stunning, really fresh and extremely tasty. Even at its busy times the team work hard to ensure it looks good and its presented well.
If we ever visited again we would absolutely stay here!

A Week in Berlin at Motel One Spittalmarkt

Only about 1.5 blocks from the Spittalmarkt U-bahn station makes for convenient travel to/from the Hauptbahnhof and other locations around the city. The usual Motel One room; fairly small, modern room and bathroom, no fridge or kettle. But always very clean, and great hot water and pressure in shower. Lobby/bar is very stylish and was often full. Nice room to just hang out. Not many restaurants very close, but certainly within walking distance. There's also a Lidl about 4 blocks away.

Great location. An old hotel given a bare bones refurb of the bedrooms; the foyer and bar are very contemporary and spacious.

The location of this hotel is very good if you are visiting Berlin as a tourist or for a business stay in the central city. The hotel lobby is also a decent place for an informal meeting and/or drinks. The room was small but efficient. We did not opt for breakfast, as there are three coffee shops across the street that offer fare far less expensive. One plus... the windows in the room open to let in fresh air. The air conditioning in the room struggled a bit during higher-than-normal temperatures.
