Very suitable for families

The hotel is in a prime location with its own paid underground car park. Many sights can be reached within walking distance. The U2 is in the immediate vicinity. The team was walking distance to attractions. The U2 is in the immediate vicinity. The team was very friendly, the house very clean. The breakfast buffet was great. The rooms were fine for two adults with two children of the size. The children slept on an unfolded couch. The hotel had a gym and sauna. Directly opposite is a small public swimming pool, which we visited with the kids. We had a very nice getaway and would love to come back.

Hotel was in an excellent central location. Just a few minutes from spittelmarkt U-Bahn and around 12-15 mins walk to museum island and alexanderplatz.
We were a family of 4 staying in one room and the room was a really good size.
Staff were extremely helpful, rooms clean. There was a bottle of still water, sparkling water, apple juice and sweets for the kids when we arrived.
Would definitely recommend.

The receptionist were good, room cleaning was great, the room are decent but very basic. Amenities from Rituals were really nice. If breakfast is included great but if you have to pay (25 euros) is not worthy: extremely dry scrambled eggs every day. There are some bakeries on a walk distance.
Excellent location, walking distance from TV Tower, Museums Island and there is metro station very close by: Spittelmarket

- Staff was great and helpful.
- Bedding and the furniture in rooms need some upgrade for sure.
- The “gym” has only one Frankenstein machine and up to 10 kg of dumbbells and is pretty much like a dungeon :)
