Central to many attractions

Lovely hotel situated within 20 minutes walk from train station in potsdamer platz. The check-in was straight forward and with a friendly welcome.
The room was clean, modern decorated and extremely comfortable. We received a room call to check that everything was to our satisfaction, which was greatly appreciated.We cannot believe how well we both slept. The breakfast had many delicious options both hot and cold and was beautifully laid out. All staff welcoming and friendly. I even had a greeting from the chef while he was cooking, which was lovely and is rare in other locations!
I hurt my ankle while visiting the city so unfortunately had to end our stay earlier than expected, which was a real shame. Thank you to the staff for their kindness.

BEDBUGS

I was there with my boyfriend. We had bedbugs in our bed and my boyfriend got bitten. We have not received money refund. They told us to remove reviews from Google...

The rooms were indeed XL, huge rooms with good seating areas and large windows. Air conditioning was not working but luckily there were lots of windows to air and cool down the room. The bathroom was also very large but very warm due to the glass roof part, and in summer it was a bit like a sauna. The hotel had a nice restaurant and bar too.

The service still needs improvement...

The hotel aims to appear modern and stylish, but overall it feels very dark – unfortunately, this also matches the rather unwelcoming atmosphere of the staff. The bathroom is somewhat quirky in design and not particularly practical. Moreover, during our stay, even facial tissues were missing, which should not happen in this price range. It's a pity because the concept of the hotel is good, but service and details still need significant work.

Excellent stay at the Quentin XL Hotel Berlin

I had an all-round successful stay at the Quentin XL Hotel in Berlin Schöneberg.
The entire hotel impresses with a modern, stylish ambience and a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I would particularly like to highlight the excellent service. The whole team is extremely friendly, professional and attentive.
A very special thank you goes to Taufeeq from reception. His helpfulness, kindness and commitment have made my stay truly exceptional. You feel directly welcome and well looked after.
I can recommend this place without restriction and would love to come back!
