Revolut app single room booking is a CAPSULE POD!

Warning! If you book through Revolut app, for what is advertised as a single room, you will get a capsule pod. It's a nice bigger pod fit for 2, but it's still misleading and they won't offer any sort of apology or compensation, as 'you' ve paid for the pod' - it's take it or leave it when you've already arrived and tired. It's a semi-scam, sadly.
Otherwise decent place with everything you need to feel comfortable but not too cozy.

I stay at this hotel in September the location was good and quite the room was clean but it need more light and total is good for the value of the money

Singer109? LISTEN!
I have to say that the two girls working the evening shift were absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They created such a warm atmosphere and really made my stay so much better. "Cheryl" <3
The pods were AMAZING! Super comfortable, modern, and surprisingly private for a hostel.
Unfortunately, the DAYTIME receptionist seriously brings down the overall impression!!!!. I honestly don’t understand what he’s doing in the service industry. He looks at you as if you’re bothering him just by asking a question, gives 2–3 word answers with zero friendliness, and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing him by existing at the desk. It doesn’t seem to be a one-time thing either, I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the same attitude. Everyone in my pod room said the same, lol.
Conclusion: Evening staff = 100/10. Day staff (The rock guy) = should NOT work with people. Give him a job, sure, just not one that involves guests. Trust me, when you meet him you will have the same experience.
Check-out was fine, but again handled by the same “rock guy,” who seemed totally uninterested. He can keep cleaning rooms, just let the great evening staff represent the hostel instead!!!! <3 Thanks "Cheryl" <3 <3 You are the best!

Really impressed with this hostel

I was really impressed with this hostel. For several reasons: firstly the facilities were really modern clean, which I cannot stress how refreshing this was, as so many hostels can tend to be neglected and run down. Secondly, everything was very well organised, right from check in to check out. Thirdly, because the hostel had a vast array of facilities and rooms, like bars, dining area, place to read and relax, laundry room, kitchen, not to mention that all the common-areas were very spacious also. Fourthly, because it was great value for money (especially compared to hotel costs in Berlin). And fifthly (and probably most important of all to me and why I'd choose this hostel again), all the reception staff I encountered were really friendly and , and given how lonely the experience in a hostel can sometimes feel, I cannot stress how much of a positive difference this made to my experience at this hostel :-)

When we (a team of about 40 people (students) and teacher) arrive at the hotel, we should be standing outside in SNESTORM in SEPTEMBER and waiting for 1 hour. When we finally get inside, we wait an hour MORE as the hotel has overbooked the rooms, and deffor does not have room for the extra 40 people we were. Shut up where my teacher Marienne got upset! She screwed out the receptionist SO much that she ferbrilsky started chugging alcholhol and crying... when we finally got into our rooms it's actually pretty good. however there was one who stood and ripped it off outside the window AND Nothing in the refrigerator!!! it's actually okay. MEN DRE FCKN STESNORM
