The hotel is very centrally located in a side street. It makes it very quiet.
The parking lot was right outside the door.
We had bikes with us and could store them there, all free of charge.
Breakfast was good.
We would book this hotel again.

Excellent accommodation

The rooms are modernly furnished. Price is reasonable.
Quiet and bright rooms . Partially accessible by elevator.
Staff friendly and always eager to fulfill all wishes.
Breakfast sufficient. Parking available directly in front of the hotel.

To feel good

Unfortunately, only for one night. The hotel is centrally located and quiet in Bernburg. From here the valley and mountain town is very easy to reach. The standard room is functionally furnished. The decor of the house is tasteful and clean. The staff are open-minded, moody and friendly.
Although there were few guests in the house during our stay, there was the full breakfast program. Scrambled eggs, bacon, meatballs, bread, rolls, cold cuts, cottage cheese, yogurt, coffee, juices... and much more. Respect for this breakfast offer. .... And our four-wheeled travel companion had his own parking space.
We will definitely come back.

Refused service dog with disabled traveler, then attempted to charge for service dog, then decided that they hadn’t received the payment for the booking when sharon paid in full to hotels.com. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for or they had not received money. Recommend removing this hotel from all lists as they are completely uneducated in the hospitality industry! Business trip. Checked into real hotel three hours away and canceled plans in that destination.
I never stayed at this hotel and booked a separate hotel at a different city. Please refund my money and take Hotel off your list. This is bad news location and should not be recommended for anybody!
