Cool Berlin style for larger groups.

A very special accommodation. Alternatively relaxing, with plenty of space indoors and outdoors. We were 15 people in the villa with a garden view. A class reunion. Everyone was happy. Those who love cleanliness should go to the hotel.

disappointing

The smaller house is a disaster. Dirty (mouse dreck in a bed), the rooms are narrow passage rooms or stairways in the main room, the upper floor with the kitchen only accessible by an outside staircase. With small children in the winter that was really difficult.
22 beds were indicated, available are 16.
Very expensive because there are only 2 bathrooms and bedding and towels must be brought.
Especially annoying: Attempting to talk about our irritation, we were yelled at, called squares and "too lazy to find suitable accommodation."
