Looks fresh and modern

This hotel welcomes guests in a bright, generously-sized foyer with friendly staff. First impressions are good. The rooms are functionally furnished, the furniture and the rest of the equipment still look like new. Parking (12€/night) is adequate, breakfast (18€) was not stunning but ok. The tense staff situation in the house is something you can definitely catch as a guest. Room cleaning must be explicitly requested. The bar wasn't busy every night. I would have liked it 2 degrees warmer in the room, but the heating was limited. Metro connection to the city is right in front of the house. Something positive to end: The windows are perfectly soundproofed.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die ruhige Atmosphäre dank der sehr guten Schallisolierung und die direkte U-Bahn-Anbindung geschätzt haben.
Gern bestätigen wir, dass wir bei längeren Aufenthalten die Zimmerreinigung auf Wunsch und selbstverständlich kostenfrei vornehmen. Wenn uns bis 24 Uhr keine Nachricht erreicht, entfällt die Reinigung am nächsten Tag, wodurch wir gemeinsam Reinigungsmittel, Wasser, Energie und weitere Ressourcen sparen.
Dass einzelne Abläufe und Angebote nicht durchgehend wahrnehmbar waren, bedauern wir. Unser Anspruch ist es, jederzeit eine angenehme Temperatur im Zimmer sowie eine verlässlich gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und an der Bar zu bieten.
Wir danken Ihnen nochmals für Ihr Feedback und freuen uns, Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch in Bochum wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.

Really big nice clean no frills room. No coffee machine or frig in room. Paid parking with different charging points in a safe area. Excellent public transport connection with tram and bus stop right outside the front door. Staff were nice and helpful.

4 night stay to visit family, room very clean. Not overly busy, in October. 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Overall, the stay was good.
However, the reception service could be improved, and the process of exiting the hotel parking was inconvenient—especially when in a hurry.

Great location and breakfast of substantial great place for a business stay close to lots of good restaurants and good parking and access to the subway system
