A charming place to stay

A beautiful hotel right on the river front. Our room was exceptionally comfortable with a lovely little balcony overlooking the river. The shower could maybe use a better extraction but it is an old building so it won’t be easy. The food was excellent and the numerous members of staff were, without exception, friendly, helpful and professional.

Super nice location, nice staff, clean nice rooms, lovely terrace on the Rhine,

This hotel is well located near old town, Deutsches Eck, cable car - all within walking distance.
Breakfast good, an excellent hotel except for the policy that guests are allowed to smoke on balconies which means you can not open balcony door unless you enjoy second hand smoking. Without air condition and with closed doors/windows, it gets boiling hot during a heat wave.
If you are a smoker, you may like this hotel but otherwise just book somewhere else.

Top service

The service staff is super friendly and attentive. We were only there for lunch, but we were looked after very warmly. The food was also very delicious.

A missed opportunity for a top experience!

Nice location! A great hotel with very friendly staff.
Still mention a minus: It was fairly hot weather and there was no air conditioning in our room, just a fan. I don't know any other rooms.
Especially at night that was a lesser experience.
Restaurant and terrace on the Rhine very nice, tasty and friendly service.
