Absolutely recommendable

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel with HP and were well satisfied.
Amenities, friendliness, service ,cleanliness all top.There is nothing to pass. Also the size of the rooms (we had booked 3 rooms) and the bathrooms was awesome .We never had anything like this.The buffet at breakfast was great and also the choice of main menus (you could choose between 3 dishes) at dinner was great.
The hotel is very clean.
We also want to mention the friendliness of the staff.

This hotel is only 15 minutes from the Oberwiesenthal ski area. The facilities are spacious, modern and very clean. Lots of parking too. l was hesitant to book a single room because there were no photos on the listing, but this turned out to be the most comfortable single room ever. It was large, there were three floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony, sofa, large bathroom with massage jets. Excellent to say the least. Breakfast choices were extensive. The popular restaurant served large and tastey portions and was busy. Reservations recommended. Above all, all the staff made me feel like a welcomed guest. Couldn't ask for friendlier service.

Excellent place.

I have been to this hotel for dining and for bowling and for billiard. Not used the rooms. But what I have used in this hotel I really like. And the staff is top notch, helpful and professional in every way. Highly recommend this place.
