My room was on the ground floor close to the hotel bar with a lot of noice until 23h30. The hotel should install a automatic door closing the corridor to the rooms from the noice of the bar. For people wanting to sleep before 23h30 I suggest to refuse a room on the ground floor.

Just about enough.

Due to a very early flight from Düsseldorf, our travel agency reserved a room for us at this hotel. Friendly welcome by staff. Room 269 was already available. The room is functional and sufficiently spacious. Unfortunately it smelled musty and from the bathroom came a sewage smell (not good). Location relative to Düsseldorf city center and airport is good.

Service & Customer service? Nein!!

Arriving tired, receptionist uninterested, walks away in the middle of conversation. Transfer from/to airport?? Book a taxi for 40€.
We went into the restaurant to sit down. Can we order some food? Oh, no. No kitchen today. You go to the Chinese 2 km away. Oh don't you have a car? Not my f...ing problem. Go to the Mac, then.
No, no happy customer here.
