All in all recommended, friendly Service, clean rooms, restaurant right in the house with small bar and counter.

Our annual cousin meeting took place this year in Bückeburg. The Hotel Mood we had reserved in advance and were pleasantly surprised. Friendly welcome, uncomplicated check-in. The table for dinner at Restaurant No 11 was, as requested, reserved for 10 pesons and we ate wonderfully. Our graduation in the evening took place at the counter. The service there very attentive, not intrusive. We had a lot of fun in a casual round.
The rooms good, clean, the mattress a little soft (subjective), nice framed pictures with sayings, in the shower a photomontage of the castle, good idea.
Breakfast was great, not cluttered, not fancy lush, various breads and rolls, several types of cheese, delicious jams, especially the orange jam, salmon, scrambled eggs, boiled egg, juice, milk, coffee, tea.

Very disappointing communication / without accommodation

We stayed at the hotel for two nights as a family. Room and breakfast were fine. However, the billing did not correspond to the offer mentioned in advance by mail (€218 for the period of two nights), without reference to “per night”. Also on the website there were no prices for family rooms.
For our 3- and 5-year-old children, the full breakfast price was also charged, which is rather unusual. With clearer communication we would not have booked at this price. It makes us feel fraudulently deceived. Our request for accommodation was followed by no further feedback – very disappointing.

Restaurant No. 11

We stayed for the first time yesterday at Restaurant No. 11 eat, right at the Hotel Ambiente. We were received first class and the food was amazing! From the duck, the REAL Viennese schnitzel, the matjes fillet to the children's plate it tasted great to everyone. Price perfectly ok, you like to pay for the ambience. Absolute tip - we will definitely come back !:)
