Everything is perfect.
We stayed in the hotel for only one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good as well. The furnishings appeared new, appealing, and well-maintained. We felt very comfortable.

Nice hotel for a short trip (mainly for families).
Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, and our room was ready from 3:30 PM. The staff is consistently very friendly.
Hotel overall: New-looking ambiance, beautiful hotel lobby with a reading room.
The restaurant, which is also used for breakfast, is nicely furnished,
but too small during peak occupancy. Here, one must expect possible waiting times if one does not have breakfast at 8:00 AM like we did (this is also indicated in both elevators).
Breakfast: The breakfast is very good and recommended. Everything one could wish for is available.
It is all present. Only a glass of champagne or Prosecco, as is partially available in other hotels of this category, would have been nice, but it was not available.
However, this is not "decisive" for us.... Rooms:
The rooms (we had a comfort room with a sea view) are nicely furnished and there is sufficient space available. The room had a balcony with two simple wicker chairs and a small table. Our requests mentioned at the time of reservation (second pillow, topper on the bed) were fulfilled. The topper was also necessary, as even with the topper, the bed was too hard for us (but that is probably a matter of taste...). The television was mounted on the wall facing the bathroom, which meant that when watching TV from the bed, one always had to turn their head to see anything.
The position on the wall with the window (facing the bed) would have been better here.
The closets, or rather the open shelves, are unfortunately a disaster,
as they are built to the side (left and right) of the clothes rail, opening towards the clothes rail and not forward, which means that one,
when wanting to place or retrieve something, has to completely turn around each time to reach the openings (the same applies, by the way, to the safe).
Whoever thought this up has never stayed in a hotel room!!
A typical refrigerator for this category was not available. Bathroom: beautiful bathroom with natural light and a large, walk-in shower
(Finally a shower with sufficient slope, where the water actually drains and does not flood half the bathroom!).
The counter space was very small and partially difficult to access under the sink.

Room cleaning is standardly performed every 2 days with a note on CO2
emission, but it is more of a cost aspect. We agreed on daily cleaning, which one should expect at this price (towel changes can be decided individually!).
Wellness area:
First, the positive aspects: The sauna area is also very attractively designed
and there are various saunas and relaxation areas with loungers available.
The existing swimming pool, which my wife was particularly looking forward to
was much too small and unusable for us, as it was being used by various families as a splash pool
and for children's entertainment ("mother/child swimming"). Furthermore, there was an infernal noise from the children's screaming that could be heard even in the relaxation room of the sauna area (closed door!).
The staff's note at the reception that children are only allowed in the swimming pool until 6:30 PM is of little use.
Anyone on vacation knows that one is out during the day and, upon returning to the hotel, usually goes to the wellness area and then gets ready for dinner. By the time one is ready, it is 9:00-9:30 PM, and then the wellness area is closed!
Conclusion: A recommendable hotel (in my opinion), but those seeking a generally quiet atmosphere should book another hotel, as this hotel is obviously often booked by families with children......

45 minutes waiting time for the soup.
After all the neighboring tables that arrived up to 30 minutes later were already sitting at their main course, we were still waiting for the soup. Asked about it after 45 minutes. Soup then arrived a few minutes later. No explanation, no apology. After the whole thing threatened to repeat itself with the main course, we canceled the main dish and paid. Then the main dish arrived. But by then, I had lost my appetite. Unfortunately, still no explanation or apology.
I am happy to sell my remaining voucher very cheaply.

Very good
We stayed in the apartment, and everything is great so far. The price for using the wellness area should be included in the apartment; it is so during the winter months. We have been coming since 2018 because it is very nice here and the staff is very friendly.

Wonderful stay at the coastal gem Büsum
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay at the coastal gem Büsum
Together with my wife's sister and our brother-in-law, we spent two wonderfully relaxing days at the coastal gem Büsum from Sunday to Tuesday. We had a family room, while our companions had a pearl room. Both rooms were located on the 4th floor. They offered a beautiful side view of the North Sea and the dike. The rooms are tastefully furnished, very well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
We were particularly impressed by the spa area. It is modern, excellently equipped, and very clean. In the afternoon, we could often enjoy the relaxed atmosphere almost undisturbed, which further enhanced the value of relaxation.
Culinary wishes were also fully met. The breakfast was varied, high-quality, and left nothing to be desired. The dinner menu at the Deichperle restaurant also impressed with excellently prepared dishes and a very cozy atmosphere.
A special commendation goes to the entire team of the establishment. Whether at the reception, in housekeeping, or in the restaurant – we were greeted everywhere with great friendliness, warmth, and attentiveness. We felt well cared for and welcomed at all times. Our wishes were always fulfilled quickly, professionally, and to our complete satisfaction.
The Coastal Pearl is truly a feel-good hotel for us at the North Sea, impressing with its location, amenities, and especially its dedicated staff. We greatly enjoyed our time there and would love to return. An unconditional recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
