I found the staff particularly helpful and pleasant. This is a modern hotel, located on the main road of a tourist area. Very good breakfast included in the room price. The breakfast room also serves as an excellent restaurant in the evening.

Hotel is unkempt.

Hotel does not correspond to the information on the website
Outdoor areas unkempt, thick layers of dust under the bed and on the cabinets in the rooms, shower head defective.
Some television channels could not be received (arte, erstes....).
Everything just seems patched up.

Management is in no way accommodating regarding cancellations.

We booked a junior suite for 4 nights.
The cancellation deadline was Saturday by midnight; on Sunday, we learned that someone very close to us had passed away unexpectedly and we were already planning to travel abroad the following week for the funeral. Therefore, we tried on Sunday afternoon to either cancel the stay or postpone it by a few weeks. Our request was not met in any way,
none of our proposed solutions were accepted; we were told that management leaves the hotel with no leeway.
We really would have wished for more accommodation and sensitivity here,
the way we were treated in this situation was, in our view, pathetic.
We have since made up for our vacation in June at another hotel in Carolinensiel and will never be guests at the Hotel Küstenklang.

Schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr saubere Zimmer und Bad. Bequeme Betten. Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Schönes und leckeres Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr freundlicher Service. Schöne Gartenanlage.

Zimmer an der Hauptstraße.
Fenster konnten nicht abgedunkelt werden.
Temperatur der Zimmer ab 25 grad Außentemperatur nicht erträglich.
Lautstärke nach 22 Uhr extrem ( Wir sind eigentlich nicht empfindlich)
