Îs was a very very bad experience in my entire life!!!

Worst room , worst personal, don t recommend this hotel. They don’t change the towel in 4 days… In the room there is no phone signal. If you want to make a phone call you have to go out ….. I asked to change the room and they told me that someone will call me next day. No calls from them . The girl of the reception was very rude

Good service
Friendly check-in.
Clean.
Well located, close to public transport.
We were lucky, there was a parking space in front of the house. But it was quite expensive.
Quiet area, but still centrally located with good places nearby.

Hottub was very nice. The con was it makes alot of noice inside the tub. The welcoming can be better. Other than that everything was very nice

Very good room for a few romantic days in Cologne. The hotel itself has really no other features, such as breakfast or gym, but I was not looking for any of that anyway. The room is really, really good, with a jacuzzi and sauna in the room. Very spacious too!
