Short stay in Cologne

We spent two nights at the Hotel Regina in Cologne and were very satisfied overall. Both the rooms and the breakfast were absolutely suitable for us and contributed to a pleasant stay.
The only negative point: When booking we were assured of parking, but none was available on site. Instead, we had to park our car about 5 minutes away in a public parking lot. This was annoying, especially as the parking possibility was a crucial criterion when booking.

Nice small hotel, clean and accessible, friendly staff and nice simple breakfast. There is construction behind the hotel that is loud during the week beginning at 7am, but if you're an early riser I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2023 to visit the Christmas markets. It was such a great experience we returned again with my son and his girlfriend in December 2024 for the Christmas markets. The hotel has free parking and safe behind the hotel which was easy and felt safe. The welcome from the staff is very welcoming and informative, always looking to help. The rooms are clean, fresh and very functional and very generous. The beds are soooo comfy! The breakfast is very generous with a good selection to start the day. A really nice touch there is a fridge on the landing from which you can help yourself to flat or fizzy water and a bowl fresh fruit on each landing. A really nice comforting touch. We thankyou for the great stay and have just booked your last room for December 2025! We look forward to seeing you all again.

Very satisfied and pleasant staff

We went to Cologne for a family celebration for 2 days and were very pleased with the room and the pleasant atmosphere at the Hotel Regina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We will definitely come back.
