We are a family of seven and stayed at Novotel Köln City for a week. We had two room and unfortunately they were on two different floor. The rooms both had a large double bed and a sofa bed. They had a small fridge and a safe. There were a few English channels and it was possible to change the dubbed voices to original English. The rooms were cleaned daily, unless the do not disturb sign was on the door.

Nice room, good location.
Very good breakfast.
1 sachet of coffee and sugar, 1 gown and 1 pair of sleepers for 3 people room though. Tiny bathroom.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We also had food at the hotel restaurant and we liked it very much.
